Easy Chocolate Fudge Sauce

A fudgy and chocolatey sauce perfect for drizzling and as the star of an ice cream sundae station.


  • 4 x 51g (2oz) Mars bars
  • 200ml (1 cup) double cream (add a little more to make a more runny consistency)


  1. Cut the Mars bars into pieces and place them in a microwaveable jug or bowl.
  2. Melt the Mars bar pieces gradually in the microwave, adjusting the time to suit your particular machine.
  3. When the mixture is starting to look melted add the cream and stir well, popping it back into the microwave if it is still lumpy.
  4. To achieve a smooth finish, blend the sauce with a stick blender or small whisk.
