Everyday Healthy Cereal

Everyday Healthy Cereal is packed with oats, dried fruits, nuts, coconut, seeds & buckini. It's super easy to make, gluten free, delicious & protein packed.


  • 450g (1lb) jumbo porridge oats
  • 250g (9oz) buckini
  • 110g (4oz) shredded coconut
  • 60g (2½ oz) chia seeds
  • 50g (2oz) milled flax seeds
  • 50g (2oz) pumpkin seeds
  • 275g (10oz) nuts - I use a mix of walnuts, cashews, almonds, brazil nuts
  • 350g (12oz) dried fruits - I use raisins, cranberries, dates, apricots, figs


  1. Chop the nuts into small pieces and add to a large bowl.
  2. Using scissors, cut the larger dried fruits into small pieces. Now add these to the bowl along with the smaller dried fruits and all of the other ingredients.
  3. Combine well and store in an airtight container.
