Instant Pot Recipes

I'm relatively new to using the Instant Pot, but I can promise that the recipes I include here are the ones that have worked really well for me as I explore if this clever piece of kitchen equipment can earn its place on my worktop. This is definitely the answer to being able to speed things up when time is short and I have started with making Chicken Stock, a recipe that previously I would have made in the slow cooker.
