Super Healthy Mango & Lime Ice Cream

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cheeks of frozen mango
  • the juice of 1 lime
  • grated lime zest to garnish (optional)


  1. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and blitz.
  2. Stop the motor and scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure that the solid bits are coming in to contact with the blades.
  3. Blitz again.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have the required consistency.
  5. Eat immediately.
