There's a chance that you found this blog through my recipe for Ben's Cookies. They are as delicious as they are popular but rest assured there's more to be enjoyed here. The dough for these Gingerbread Hearts is extremely well behaved and will handle no end of rolling and re-rolling and this Triple Chocolate Cookie Mix is a great idea for a gift (or an opportunity to always be able to rustle up a batch of loveliness at the drop of a hat). Myself, I love an Anzac Biscuit - all gooey and buttery and much easier than trying to get a flapjack to reliably stick together!
